Can also do:

In Console type:
Status (this lists the players on your server. To the left of their name is a number between 0 and 40, depending on how many people are in the server. This number is their "client number")

Then type clientkick and their number. Like this:
clientkick 3 (3 being the person you want to kick!!!)
