i love how the douchebag bleeps out the last four of the Acct. # - as if somehow were going to know what the first 12 digits of the account. . .

to be fair - they do get docked for how many cancellations they process - the guy on the other end though, he should be let go for losing his cool - ive worked in call centers, and he has ZERO coping abilities. . .
