If you judge todays music mostly on stuff that is presented in pop charts and on commercial radio then I'd mostly agree with you but thats just the tip of the iceberg.

I think todays music is fantastic, sounds corny but if you look further than commercial charts, mtv and big fat coporate music labels then you'll find an incredible amount of great music

Investigate deeper than your car radio and you'd be surprised beer:
