5'11" 135 pounds, and i drink it while doing my construction job in 80+ degree weather. Considering everyone walks off site with 100% soaked shirts from sweat, id say its important to do what you can to avoid dehydration. |
I work a similar job, and most of the guys drink Gatorade.
