Yes I know that for sure. Whey doesnt taste "good" at all. I've used three different flavors- chocolate, vanilla, and banana. Banana is the best IMO, but not good on its own. I use two scoops blended with peanut butter and milk every day after my workout. I also take creatine every morning. I didnt work out at all at school for 6 months, started this current routine 2 weeks ago and already have noticable gains. My girlfriend thinks I'm taking steroids... eek:
