Mabye not a "regime change", but I do feel that the current rules no longer represent the views of the forum majority.

Then again, if I want a forum that has rules and guidelines that feel a bit less restrictive (This is the internet, why the fuck are we caring about rules?) and a bit more in line with what I want, I just head over to 92Bengals.
