small town (if you consider 62,000 small),in the middle of a huge economic boom. House prices have doubled in a year, not enough labour. Shit jobs like mcdonalds pay $10 starting because of the lack of workers. real estate market booming, literitly thousands of houses being built, hot as fuck, (42 yesterday), lots of fuckin homeless people that coming up from Kelowna because they actualy did something about them. But i gotta World class ski resort like 20 minutes and lots of awesome beaches just down the road.
