There should be a guard on that grinder. If that disc exploded that guy really would have had shards in his neck. Actually even with a guard that guy would get some. The guard is really only for the person using the grinder.

anyway, that was pretty gay. who the fuck does a story on stealing bikes. Wow, great story, thief takes grinder and cuts chain and then steals bike. end of story.
