Same thing happened to me and my dad.. this black dude's car was totaled aleady, and we were pulling out of a restaurant along a main street and then went to the drive-thru Wells Fargo when he cuts in front of us, gets out of the car, and starts reaching inside his pocket. Anyway, (he was going for cigarettes inside the pocket, btw), he calls the cops, we're there for around 4 hours waiting (seriously) when the cops came, but we got away as the cops obviously figured out that the kind of damage on their car wasnt cause by us backing up.
