i know in south carolina you can drive by yourself with your permit at 15, and at 16 you get your real liscense and aparently the only real diference is the time of day u can drive.
in florida all u can do with your permit at 15 is drive a car when someone over 21 is in the car. and you also have to wait a year after you get your permit till you can get your real liscense.
