[quote:bd2c6]OneLoveChrist, I feel the exact same way. It's like God has finally set me free from the desires, and now all I get as far as temptation is the occasional passing thought that I can quickly put down.
To anyone who's struggling with this but doesn't know whether it's worth her trouble to quit, let me tell you -- IT IS. In my case, the guilt is gone, my thoughts are thousands of times purer, and I can now find a guy "good-looking" without lusting after him.
(For girls having trouble with lust, I found this really helpful: "Do not sharply rebuke an older man, but rather appeal to him as a father, to the younger men as brothers, the older women as mothers, and the younger women as sisters, in all purity." - 1 Timothy 5:1-2 NAS
If you think of a guy as a Christian brother, you'll be less likely to lust after him.
+One important point, though: you can't do it alone. In the past, whenever I started thinking, "Ha, I quit!" I failed. Give God the glory through the whole ordeal -- He can set you free, but you can't set yourself free. Remember that.[/quote:bd2c6]

I SO do not want to get to know those people.
