when would be a good time to upgrade my PC

My Spec’s Right now:

- Intel Pentium 4 650 3.4GHz 800FSB 2MB L2 Cache LGA775
- ASUS P5AD2 Deluxe motherboard
- 2Gig Corsair XMS2 DDR2 675MHz 4-4-4-12 TWIN2X1024-5400C4PRO
- Sapphire Radeon X850XT
- Audigy 2 sound card

When are the DX10 cards coming out, and should i wait untill then?
