Well...it is a requirement for living in Canad ain the first place...though I think immigrants should be TESTED a lot more before they get to have citizenship in Canada. Basically...speak perfect english or perfect french...thats all i care about really. If I went to india and spoke english id be looked at like a weirdo. |

You sir are correct, BUT their degree's are almost useless here, many are forced into driving cab's as well. Our system will not reckognize their education in many cases. Sad really.
BUT for all of that, there are many here in the country that have no real purpose, and got in by going threw loop holes. (fake diploma's, and degree's, cliaming thmselves as immediate family to other people coming in, and such. Canada also has a points system for getting in, if you score enough BING ! you get zitizenship.
