Have you tried adding humor to your unwanted thoughts? Obviously you know they're outlandish and too crazy to come true, so why even care? Try exercising too.

Yeah no doubt. You don't necessarily have to quit but smoking multiple times a day can make you feel anxious, paranoid, unmotivated and timid. I don't think Kyle smokes as much as he used to anyways. Lots of coffee, cigarettes, and alcohol isn't good for your mental health either.
