You're probably eating like shit living on campus. I suggest cutting out all soda and substituting it for water. Next would be "enriched flour". Cut that out of your diet......which means no bread. And start jogging. You're only a kid so a 1-2 mile jog isn't going to kill you. You'll have to run at least 20 minutes.
