I work for ISP support and I get stupid cunts all the time.
For example
Customer: "I can't get on the internet and it hasn't worked for 2 months"
Me: What are the lights on the cable modem doing atm?
Customer: Lights??
Me: Yes the lights on the box we gave you when you were installed
Customer: My PC?
(lots of stupid shit follows)
Then we get to the fact that the standby light is on the modem
Me: OK seems the modem is in standby press the standby button
Customer: It doesn't have one
Me:SIGH!!!
