Well it's true that Dell does a lot of proprietary things so that you are forced to either upgrade with them or buy another computer for them.

But you're not totally screwed. If you wanted to upgrade, you should be able to get a new motherboard, video card and case.

If you're interested, post another topic and we'll help out. Looks like Garasaki knows what he's talking about as do I when it comes to building. Rude and Hollywood know too. There are a bunch of people here with good knowledge if you want to upgrade.
