If that's the kind of thinking that all of the UK shares then I would operate exclusively out of that area if I were a terrorist. Hell, I'd probably never get caught.
It may be really fucking unlikely that a small ferry boat is going to pull up alongside a USN Destroyer and detonate itself, but that's why the people in the warship gave a warning.
And what the fuck is up with all the hostility towards the US over this? It's not like they fucking opened fire on the ferry. They sent it a radio message saying "Identify yourself, and do so quickly, because if you keep getting closer we might have to open fire".
