As long as we were out there, they were. Which was about 20 minutes.
Milla: It's an agreement by both sides to not have any heavy weapons present in the JSA (not even assault rifles) but they do have pistols. You can see in some of the pictures that our US Army tour guide has a pistol, as well as the SK/NK gaurds.
