Just be yourself, dont rush things, dont be stupid and try to get into her pants unless you're invited. I prefer the going out to a small restaurant, or pub for a quiet drink. You have to pay for her meal, open doors for her - the works. Remember she'll be as nervous are you are. Just try to relax and enjoy it! Gain the experience if nothing else.
