okay, this might be fun. Your standard "Your [relative] is so [negative condition] that [hilarious yet unfortunate consequences]", except the last part doesnt have that 'Oh SNAP!' quality, but is rather straightforward.
Example:

"Your brother is so stupid he has to go to a special school and he can't feed himself and sometimes you hear your Dad abusing him at night."
