Well put it this way, ms aren't forcing some proprietary bullshit format on people in some sad attempt to win a format war through a console. Sony know this is the only way they'll have a chance to have a decent format by bunging it into one of their consoles. And the real joke about this is the bluray disk has to cache to the hard drive as the reading speed is so slow so it can take 5gigs or so of your 20 gig hard drive every time you play a different game. Hope people like having to constantly delete whored up space on their ps3's every time they play a couple of different games. sleeping:

NOT needed, look at the texture res in gears of war which fits a regular dvd, then compare that to resistence fall of man which is around 16 gigs or so, no comparing them, gow > rfom.
