I watched that for a class I'm taking, I also thought it was good. Carl Foreman is a great writer. You should check out his other stuff ("Bridge on the River Kwai" if you haven't seen it and "The Men" with Marlon Brando)

Did you think that Will Kane's character looked like the G Man from Half Life? I thought in certain scenes his expression made him look just like him.
Yeah I've seen alot of other Foreman movies..Guns of navarone, bridge on river kwai. I enjoyed the movie alot because it's all on real time. Also it was Lee Van Cleef's break out role. Fred Zinnemann is a brilliant director too, Day of the jackal was a great adaptation of Forsyth's book of the same name.
