Turns out it was in fact staged. Those "hicks" were props. Notice how they're still laughing after he gets up. They were all in on it. The entire point was to mock the Kramer incident. They needed a derrogatory group to base it on. Hence, the cowboy guy.

I think Pyro and Whatada need to offer an apology for their idiotic statements about Texas.
