Renew a trial version -

There was a website that let you renew a trial version of what ever software you had. i cant remember the site .
anyone know the site?
or does anyone know how to renew a trial version of software?
i have tryed uninstalling the software and have run reg cleaners but once i install the software again it pops up that the trial period is over.
someone help me out
