So with my daughter turning 1 in a week and the toys and just stuff we have our apartment sure got small in a hurry. Well the wife and I decided 2 weeks ago to look for homes and yesterday we put an offer in on one.
well I got the call today and they accepted our offer!
they want to close on or before march 29th which should be do-able. We go tomorrow afternoon to sign the papers and get the ball rolling.
We are super excited to move into a much bigger space.
Its a two story home with a full basement, We had my uncle who is a Housing Inspector look at it and he said it looked great and gave it a 9/10, they have a new roof, electric, water heater, subpump, windows, carpet, paint, woodtrim and kitchen all in 2005.
we asked for them to pay closing costs which they agreed to and we put 0 down, just the cost to process all the mortgage stuff.
