2. Count the number of letters. Here we have 16
3. We can put 16 into 4 rows of 4. If we had 25 letters we could put them into 5 rows of 5 and so on...
4. Write the letters out in 4 rows of 4 as such:
GTYO
RJOT
EOUI
ABGT
5. Read it, starting from the top left letter, and read down, then start at the next letter above.
6. Reading it, you will find out that the code says: "GREAT JOB YOU GOT IT"
