The 360 supports these resolutions:

640 x 480
848 x 480
1024 x 768
1280 x 720 (equivalent to 720p)
1280 x 768
1280 x 1024
1360 x 768
1920x1080 <--- the daddy


That tv supports upto 1360x768, a better buy id say.
I have that TV in a 32". It's beautiful.

xbox supports 1080p?
360 does, check your video settings, 1920x1080 is an option since a few updates back. Only the dashboard and hd-dvd movie can make use of it so far though.
