Going out and doing things may give you a boost but.....sometimes quiet times are what's needed. Thinking of her is part of the natural healing process. Don't try to "forget" about her...instead, focus on the good memories you two made together and chalk it up as history. Your life is one big history with lots of good memories. She's just a small part of your history.

Oh, i really don't need to remind you to keep yer chin up. You've been in this situation before and know what needs to be done. Good luck.
