Regarding photography and the like, alot of it is gray area. Does she have the balls to persue this legally? Probably not, but if she complains to the admins of the site you have it on, theres a good chance that THEY will force you to take the shit down. Now if YOU own the site, then youve probably got more latitude - especially if the pictures are your own.

As for anything posted can be used. . .public space - not true. In the slightest. You STILL have to own the pictures. If you grab someones nude photograph, or revealing photo, and post it somewhere else - you can be compelled to remove it.

EDIT: Just read that you took it from her MS and Facebook. Do this. . .hotlink the photos through Imageshack and not your own domain. That way she has to take it up with THEM to remove the photos, not you.
