I heard it was a mixed bag - looked great, but mostly fluff. Probably if another creator other than Coppola had been behind the camera, it would've faired better critically. Ill have to check it out.

Ill drink to that. I think if I had seen the movie with subtitles - the movie wouldve been infinitely more tolerable. It sure as hell looked hot as hell. . .especially the God-King - but god damn that acting.
