Yup folks thats right, national laws hold more weight than your piddily little state laws. Therefore it may be legal, but its still illigal. California is having this problem right now. Its legal for medical use there, but the GOV still bust "drug houses" that are producing with state permits.

So go ahead break the law, but you wont be going to a "country club prison" no you'll be going to "a federal pound you in the ass prison". lol... great movie.
