These aren't mods, but actually files/scripts contained in MOH itself. My best answer would be to download maps that already contain these entitys, and take a look at what the author did to make them. For the standing still soldiers, try Hangar_SE or Rust In Peace, and for the corpses, try Seigfreid Line.
