Through perfectly legal channels, of course. Sadly the magazine can't accept more than 10 rounds. If it were capable of holding the original 13 it would make it an "assault" weapon. 13 rounds of 9mm > 8 rounds of 30-06 apparently.

I consider it to be more of a collectible anyway. The magazine itself doesn't seem very stable and the rear sights are a little stiff.
