Im not. BUT - I also believe in American citizens being able to use the legal system to their benefit - ethical or not. A rules a rule. If it can be exploited, well then you'd better get better prosecutors.

Shes on house arrest because of her "condition", not because they just decided Paris shouldn't have to spend time in jail. To reiterate, Hilton doesn't have a history of violent behavior, it is a 45-day sentence (not 5 years for embezzlement or other non-violent crime), and she does have compotent representation.
