Its a stupid decision. Community standards are just that, standards based on accepted community behavior. Men going topless - whether those with man-boobs or chiseled apps - is ok, topless women - not at all.

As for peace - peace stagnates. The world doesn't need peace, it needs enlightment, so that when peace DOES come were not just sitting on our asses going "what next". As it is - conflict drives progress.
