I'd definitely fuck her over a disease-free Paris Hilton any day.

But music wise, i heard a bunch of musicologists have been studying it and saying it's not much of a valid case that it's a rip off. But, in all honesty, it sucks for Avril if she gets slapped for this one. She has no idea wtf her writers are doing. It's pretty much blindly following writers when you don't write your own songs. So the blame is all on the two writers (i think there were two). But then again, it's dumb as shit to copy a song that has been published out there. It's one thing to copy a stupid garage band...but it's another to copy a band with a record that's imprinted in history's past. it just takes pure stupidity to do something like that knowingly.
