MTSU they implemented a system that monitors large files being downloaded ( over 500 megs), students that are frequently going over a certaint amount of bandwith, and a few more aspects that werent mentioned to the student body. Im going to the apple store to pick up my new laptop today and going to talk to a few of the computer science students there to see if we can figure out a way to get around the whole system.
