yes the BAR is slow...but is a very good weapon i can pick people off who are far away and fill them with lead at close range...the Stg44 is good as well but i have more control over the BAR than the Stg44...when im running around i either run with a grendae or holster my weapons to get around the map quicker then pull out my BAR...but personally i prefer SMG's i like the Thompson because it is an all round brilliant Gun...the same goes for the MP40...
