Couple of questions:
Could your other clients behind the router see it B4?
How many nics are in this server?

How are you trying to connect? via the private IP address or your public IP address. If your boxes are going out to gamespy (Internet ) then coming back into your router, your router may not let them out in the first place. Try connecting to the server via it's private IP address.

start MOH
in console type
connect 192.168.1.x or what ever the ip address is of the server.
