Don't think your card supports shader 3.0 which is needed for the game.
Crazy Canadian, As of yesterday, it was in Microsoft's hands and not an issue with EA.
Scorpion, Make sure you "clean" your old drivers out before installing new Nv drivers. get an old (free) copy of drivercleaner or better yet get a copy of driversweeper (all versions are free) and use that in safe mode.
remove video only drivers from control panel
boot into safe mode and use driver sweeper or drivercleaner
reboot back to normal windows and install drivers.
