It is very wide with what you can do, at job interviews I used to ephasise on the bs factor regarding research & use of statistics & also the ablity to construct an argument based on selected sources...

So with that in mind one can bs their way into admin/management & maybe law jobs. But seeing as a lot of people go & study things that are directly related to what they want to do 'business management', the competition can be quite difficult.

I must have been to a million job interviews, but after getting shot down so many times I began to realise it's certainly beneficial to use a certain amount of poetic license in ones resume, especially if you have a fairly obscure a degree subject such as history.
