I'm limiting myself to 1900 cal a day and watching my fat intake, trying to keep all fats to the good kinds (olive oil, omega-3, etc).

Lotsa of whole grains, fresh meats/fish and salads. I'm not going apeshit with it, but I'm just conscious of it. Case in point, someone brought in a box of DQ Dilly Bars yesterday and I resisted their demon temptations.

I've dropped 6 lbs this week so far.
