I fail to see how he's a gutless coward because he doesn't appreciate the questionable amount of intelligence exhibeted by this woman. In fact, I'd call her a coward, because she was obviously living in fear of sin and god if she wouldn't even find the sense to accept a fucking blood transfusion.
