Most comp stores hav barebone pc's
They have the Mainboard and prossesor and power supply and comp case but u need to put your ram and HDD in. Depending on the packadge it might come with other things like sound and vid cards. but its the best way to go. I bought one a year ago and it came with an asus MB and AMD 1 gig CPU.
This usually costs about 300 but its worth it.
