Ok theres a circle and it has 4 posints taken out of it and they move around one stationary dot. The middle does not move. You ever used that green circle crosshair b4? well if u have, this one is very similar but the outsides rotate. I dont want to continue explaining what this thing is in each post i do, gets kinna old....lol. But yea tatas what it is and itll prolly be on aa soon. Adios
