Your cache would be the temporary internet files that keep track of what sites you have been to. This would include your cookies, which do these things. It is perfectlly safe to get rid of these files, as all they do is take up space. The only thing you will notice if you get rid of cookies is the fact that you will have to put your screen name and password to log into AA.com's forums as it will not be stored. I do not believe that deleating your cache files makes a whole lot of difference but if your system really sucks then it wouldn't hurt to try something. You can find cookies by going into your TEMP folder.
