I totally agree, there are many great snipers, dont feel its fair to say this two or three is the best. Most of which is merely opinion but I mean isnt that what the question is asking.

If I had to name some I would say Ironmen, 9mm, Lysis, oDy, Soviet, ChryzM, Rookey... list goes on. There is no best, just many great snipers
