I totally agree with you (That was to quiet the talk of him killing "innocent" Arabs instead).

1. This guy is acting alone
2. He's using an AR-15
3. Between 37-45 yrs of age
4. White Male with a military background
5. Will be caught before 10/14/02......and if not, he'll hole up somewhere and kill about a dozen people before being killed by the police.

Negative on the AR-15, and AR-15 is basically a civillian M-16, which is NOT a sniping weapon. The optimal engagement range for an M-16 is up to 400 meters.
