Password change requests are common for all sites
Mostly just dumb asses doing this

Make sure that you change all your critical passwords
at lease once every 2 months, if you get a password
change request read the email as there may be a "DENY"
link embedded - Just dont click on the accept link - YUK

This is not a result of playing on any "bad" servers
but a result of standars internet related crap that
is pretty much unavoidable
